Many things go into making a fabric soft, not just the thread count. LOOP begins with high quality cotton fiber and yarn, which is then woven by highly experienced Indian weavers. Then, in the final processes of finishing, the fabric is softened and preshrunk. Production, whether done in the US or internationally, is always done responsibly in sweatshop-free environments abiding by fair trade guidelines.
